When I bought my home, it needed a complete makeover. I was given a two page list of contractors to call, and Steve was the only one who called me back. Working with Steve was so easy. He’s great at communication... You call him, he’ll call you back, you text him, he’ll text you back. The work was also completed in a timely manner, he understands that construction is a huge interruption and you want to get on with your life. The work that he and his team did was exceptional. There were no shortcuts. Craftsmanship is top notch! I’ve been living in this house for three years and the work has held up 100%. I had Steve come back this year and build a deck. Steve Fox Construction took on the large project of completing the addition to our church facility. The building addition consisted of 2200 sq ' of classrooms, offices, bathrooms, hallways, baptismal upgrades, and exterior walks and stairs... This project had been delayed for several years due to County Inspection modifications and resulting cost overruns. Steve coordinated with the County Inspectors, Architects, and other safety agencies to develop a facility plan that met all code, safety, and architectural requirements. He then completed the necessary structural modifications to allow the facility to be finished. Steve enlisted electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting, and alarm/sound systems subcontractors to complete all the needed upgrades within the facility. The resulting quality work provided the church with much-needed educational and office space and upgrades to the building. We highly recommend Steve’s company for your building project. On the job most every day working with his outstanding crew (Carlos and Sebastian) and subcontractors. Not afraid to get his hands messy. Building in the mountains is challenging dealing with the wind, rain and snow. Steve kept the job moving. My wife Pam of 45 years got ill during the framing, so we were unable to be more involved with the whole process of building our dream home in the mountains. With Steve's guidance, we were able to make all of our selections. Steve took it from there and built us a fine, cozy home. We hired Steve Fox to do a full remodel of an old ranch house on the mountain that we purchased in the Fall of 2021. The home was what I call a 'gut job' and I knew that going in. From the first meeting I had with Steve Fox, I knew we were a good fit... He explained what his level of experience was, how he worked and told me about his crew. He was very transparent about how he would handle invoices and billing. He insisted on showing me work he'd done previously, so we visited some incredible homes with him. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail that I observed. Steve was able to pull permits quickly and get the renovation started. He and his guys removed many of the walls and all the cabinets in the home. After getting HOA approval, he had all the landscaping removed, a new roof installed, and the exterior brick painted. He replaced the exterior decking all around the home and the stone patio in front. He installed new windows, had all the plumbing reworked… Steve completed our job in a timely manner and I highly recommend him to do any remodel or new build.
